TRANSPORTATION POLICY

*** CANCELLATION POLICY ***
Should you need to cancel your reservation we require a 72-hour notice to avoid any charges. From 72-48 hours we only refund 50% of your fees and from 47 or less hours there is no refund available. Return to airport (round trip) trips must be canceled before the initial airport pick up as specified above to receive any credit or refunds.

If you need to cancel, please ask for a cancellation email or fax to be sent to you so there will be a time and date stamp to avoid confusion on any charges. Without this document no dispute in charges will be recognized.

Refunds will be issued in the form of a check and may take up to 30-45 days to arrive, which will be sent via USPS mail.

*** EARLY DEPARTURE AND ARRIVALS ***
There is a $20.00 fee for early departures and arrivals between 1:00 am and 5:30 am. There is also a $20.00 fee if you need to change your departure time or arrival time. This does not include flight delays beyond your control.

*** LIMITED LIABILITY ***
Deep Powder is not liable for missed flights due to inclement weather and/or road conditions. The total liability assumed by Deep Powder Transportation for missed flights due to our error is limited to a maximum cost of $100.
