Every Thursday, kids can learn problem-solving skills through Minecraft, the video game phenomenon of the decade. Even better, kids can also craft their social skills by working together on projects and completing challenges.

Creative Aging Writing Workshop: Re-Imagining Your Life

Location: Blair Education Center at Park City Medical Center, 900 Round Valley Drive, Park City

"Who am I, now that I'm not who I used to be?" "What is my purpose?" "Where do I belong?" These are common questions we ask as we grow older. Through guided writing prompts, readings, journaling and other creative means, you will uncover your own personal answers, helping you find meaning and purpose in life's next act. This group covers topics relevant to all people struggling with any type of disordered eating. Some topics include, but are not limited to; Intuitive Eating, Body Image, Emotional Eating, Triggers and Coping Skills, Mindfulness, and Self Esteem.

Climb through the EcoSystem from the bedrock all the way to the uplands. Our indoor climbing wall is fun for all ages. We supply the harness and ask that you come with shoes having covered toes.

I am Diania Turner and was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. Though I will always love Texas, my heart is in Utah where I have lived for over almost 50 years. In all of Utah, I love Park City the most because of its rich pioneer history, amazing locals and their wonderful live and let live attitude.
