Pearl Harbor 75th Commemoration -- Pause for Patriotism

“Yesterday, December 7th, 1941 -- a date which will live in infamy -- the United States of America was suddenly and deliberately attacked by naval and air forces of the Empire of Japan.” Few who heard those words would ever forget them.
Japan's attack on Pearl Harbor and six other military bases on the Hawaiian island of Oahu precipitated America's entry into World War II, a global conflict. This year marks the 75th anniversary of this important historic event.
The Utah Wing of the Commemorative Air Force (CAF) will host an evening of reflection, remembrance, and understanding to commemorate the attack on Pearl Harbor. The event will be from 6:00pm – 9:00pm, December 3rd at the Fort Douglas Museum, 32 Potter Street, Salt Lake City.
