Terms of Service
When you call our booking agents they will cover all your options and needs. Once those have been identified and agreed to you will be asked for your credit card # and sent a booking confirmation for you to review. Once you accept the booking confirmation, you have 24 hours to cancel. Cancellations after the 24 hours are charged the full amount of the booking and if the cancellation happens after the driver has been dispatched a 20% gratuity is added.

Deep Powder is a booking company for Luxury and Specialty rides. We have no vehicles of our own and the companies we are affiliated with carry their own insurance. The limit of our liability for all reservations is $100 or the cost of the ride, whichever is less.
