Our sometimes busy and stressful lives can have a negative impact on us which is why taking time to relax and rest is essential to our well being. In Restorative yoga, you will be taught the art of ‘active relaxation’ using bolsters, blankets, blocks, chairs or the wall to wonderfully support each yoga pose. Poses are held for several minutes at a time with the knowledge that the more the body is supported, the deeper the relaxation response will be. I am Diania Turner and was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. Though I will always love Texas, my heart is in Utah where I have lived for over almost 50 years. In all of Utah, I love Park City the most because of its rich pioneer history, amazing locals and their wonderful live and let live attitude. Acceptance and a friendly attitude is what Park City offers and what I love.
