Having a newborn is exhausting! Come join Heather Tweedie at the Park City Library on April 3rd from 330-430. Heather is a local pediatric occupational therapist. She will be discussing how to establish healthy sleep habits with your newborn. She will be covering topics such as newborn sleep patterns, recognizing sleep cues, feeding schedules, establishing an optimal sleep environment, and general tips and strategies for longer stretches of sleep. Babies are welcome.
