Casting Light On Your Dark Side Workshop
Join us for half day workshop of self exploration into our dark side or shadow self. You will be supported by grounded, heart-centered facilitators and the nonjudgmental presence of the Horses while being offered a safe space to explore the wholeness of your truth and gently and compassionately lead to a conscious integration of both your shadow and your light.
Join us on a journey of self-discovery and integration as you con-tact and get to know all your aspects.
Our shadow encompasses the parts of us that we reject because we feel these aspects of ourselves are either too positive or too negative. In order to be our best selves, our shadows must be integrated into who we are and how we live our lives. We must first develop an awareness of our shadow aspects, then embrace them, then integrate them in order to become the fullest expression of who we are.
